Have previously been overquoted a significant amount by this store. Ended up returning after a change of managment to have a Pajero Sport fitted with a Piak Bullbar and new intercooler hoses after they split on the highway. Was told repeatedly that they can fix it despite the Pajero Owners Australia stating otherwise and it would need to go to Mitsubishi to clear the error codes and do a DPF regen. The team at Opposite Lock Windsor Gardens did a fantastic job installing an Alibaba roller shutter on my BYD Shark. The install was clean and professional. I was advised it might not be as reliable as the local brands they stock, and in hindsight I probably should have gone with one of those. If this one fails, I’ll definitely be back for a replacement. Highly recommend their service!
These guys are great. I highly recommend them. Had a service whilst in Adelaide-oil, filter etc, drove home 3-4 hours. next morning I noticed oil was dripping beneath vehicle. Rang Michael and sent photos. Michael drove up to me, (3-4 hours), fixed the problem, (20 minutes!!) then drove home. Another 3-4 hours plus his normal commute time. Needless to say, that is very impressive after sales service. Thank you, Michael and Chris. I very much appreciate your commitment and thoughtfulness. Graham
We had an excellent experience with Opposite Lock Windsor Gardens. Michael and Chris were amazing with us and really saved our skin. We had been stitched up by a dodgy car salesman and our vehicle was not in a great state prior to a long camping trip up the East Coast, but the guys were able to advise us and found the time to accomodate us and fix our multiple problems that very day.
