What a great place I had a problem with our uniden cb radio it was fixed in no time at all plus there was no charge for the job that's why it is 5 stars.
My husband had an awesome experience today at opposite lock! He just popped in for something general and one of the staff went out of his way to help him install the tow ball on our car. Super nice guy, great customer service. Really appreciate the kindness—highly recommend this place!
We had been to a competitor around the corner to try and sort out an issue we were having with a product we’d bought from them. Not only did we experience really poor service from them, they really weren’t interested in helping us to rectify the problem we were experiencing. Amazing service!!!! Honoured the warranty on something that they hadn’t even sold (purchased from another store) without batting an eye!!!! Will be back here for all of my 4wd needs from now on!!!
These guys are great! I purchased an Electbrake system for our recently aquired popup camper with electric brakes from them. I fitted it myself and then had issues setting up the app to work with our Subaru. I drove the trailer back to their yard. They showed me what to do and set the brakes. That's what I call follow up service over a beyond just a quick sale. The unit price was same as BCF, but service like that adds extra value. THANKS OPPOSITE LOCK !!!
