Had Outback Armour suspension fitted to my PX2 Ranger. Had shudders through tail shaft immediately after fitment and took back numerous times and they stuffed around with centre bearing and they couldn’t fix. Even paid for a new set of softer leaf spring (wouldn’t do any exchange with first set and had to sell them privately and got fa for them) as they said that would fix the problem. I left my Isuzu Ute with this team for an engine and transmission remap. After delays due to issues with their dyno machine, I picked the vehicle up only to find it was shifting in and out of gears incorrectly. I contacted them and was told I'd get a call back, that never happened. I gave them over two months to come up with a solution, and still nothing. Terrible service!!!! Wouldn’t even leave 1 star. After my partner waited patiently for 2 months for them to get back to him and come up with a solution for the poor gear box tune it wasn’t changing gears correctly which he let them know straight away and gave them plenty of time and chances to fix the problem, but they never did. He ended up having to take it elsewhere to get the issues properly fixed. Communication was horrible, he never once got a call back, despite being told multiple times that he would.
