Placed an order at the 4wd show in 2024 . Was never told that my order had arrived weeks later. Communication is very very poor . Requested a refund of my deposit which took weeks and after numerous emails back and forth to be made to feel that it was my fault . Finally received the refund . Will not be doing business with these guys again

Waiting over 3 months for a canopy i ordered .and they don't know where it is or where the heck it is i was told it was a standard order for a 3 month wait it's now over three months.ive been in 3 times times now trying to track it down and just gave up and asked for a refund.please take your business elsewhere guys as they have now refused to give me back my 1500 dollar deposit as of this I'll be speaking to the ACCC consumer affairs and taking legal action blood scammers
