Terrible customer service. Ordered adjustable outback armour suspension lift for my Hilux and they fitted the wrong one. When I picked up my Hilux I asked Hayden to show me how to use the adjustments on the suspension and he just told me to watch a YouTube video. He seemed to be more interested in getting me out of the shop. When I got home I had a look at the suspension and found out there was no adjustment, they ordered the and fitted the wrong one. Exceptionally below customer service…lack of motivation or any real interest…when asking question, told you can look that up online…what happened to helping the customer another $3000 job going to another company… -10/10.
I’ve contacted by email 3 times in 3 weeks in order to get a quote and subsequent order fulfilled, but can not ever get a response from them. It’s around an $8000 job going to someone else.
