Below average to be honest. Got a 2inch lift done on my Ram 1500. 2 days to install which is fine but some how they 'forgot' to install the upper control arms which are required for this lift. On top of that they reinstalled my air bags which are only good for standard ride height suspension. Week later car gets booked back in to get these issues sorted, but they still left the airbags in after they were told to remove them. Do not recommend
Great service and a solid local business. I recently had to return a defective product, of no fault of OL, and Paul and his team went above and beyond to provide an exceptional customer experience, and rectify the problem in a fair and reasonable manner.
From first phone call to Paul, to getting job done, snorkel fitted and long range tank, excellent service by both Paul and Troy, and genuine great blokes, couldn't be happier with follow up either.
