Dropped in with a snapped shock mount. Didn’t get the blokes name at the counter but he was super knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me dates, and met them. Got the work done first thing in the morning as they knew we were busting to get out of town before the floods got worse. Wasn’t on the cheap side but the work was on the quality side and you get what you pay for. Thanks team
We purchased 2 tyres on June 10 2024. Through a manufacturing fault both tyres while inflated and run correctly, simultaneously delaminated their treads. Once contacted, Longreach Motors immediately made a full refund and can be relied upon to meet Australian Consumer Law. Nice people, good service. Gotta recommend them :-)
Got caught-out on a road trip, needed an oil & filter change on the Jeep Grand Cherokee, John and Alice organised everything, dropped-off 9:00am, picked-up 11:45am. Great service, reasonable price.
If you need repairs in Long reach Definitely do not go to Longreach Motors, false diagnostic and nearly cost me $2000 plus. Had two other mechanical checks and all was fine. There are more painful stories other than mine that has come to my attention. Very disappointing for the town..
