Terrible bank, especially Loan Servicing Dept. Refused to remove the PMI on mortgage after achieving <80% LTV. Changed their PMI removal requirement to 75% LTV on the fly & refused to answer phone calls or respond to any email questions & requests.
Best bank I have worked with. I am a happy customer, the people are very nice and I would recommend them to anyone for farm or personal business.
