I saw Dr. Oppenheim last week and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. From the start, her bedside manner was poor. She didn’t listen to my concerns and repeatedly spoke over me while I was trying to explain my symptoms. I felt completely dismissed, and none of my complaints were taken seriously. This place continues to send me a bill. Get it together ladies, this bill was already paid! Unbelievable! Poor customer service and unprofessional Billing Department!! The staff needs to be retrained immediately!
