I was very disappointed with Dr. Oppenheim's bedside manner and diagnostic skills. He was unable to diagnose the cause of my dizziness or postnasal drip. When I tried to ask questions about what might be causing these issues, he became very irritated and defensive and told me he did not have time to discuss my condition with me and answer my quiestions saying he was very busy. Get coffee and have a seat! This is a long one!I'll I am a professional singer, and I needed someone to look at my vocal cords because I had some serious hoarseness and could not sing at all.. My ENT of 20 years retired a few months ago, so I needed to find another doctor to help me. I did my research, and because of the info this practice had on their website, I chose them. Worst experience brought my one year old daughter in and the doctor handled her aggressively and didn’t treat our family with proper care as paying patients.
I try to make an appointment with Dr Oppenheimer I couldn’t pass the appointment person she was very rude trying to explain I need an emergency appointment.she couldn’t accommodate me then she asked me for my insurance information I guess try to verify idk what she was doing giving hard time . Then I asked to speak someone else then she hang on me. I guess office don’t care for new patients
