The store closes early all the time. The staff is not so helpful.
Sophia the young cashier on Thursday night was amazing. We have not had Oporto for years.we Had no idea what to order. Sophia asked us some questions made it easy for us, asked us if we liked burgers or chicken pieces. We ordered the very hot 🥵 Bondi burger and a quarter chicken. Then after a while Sophia came over to our table asking if we liked it, and did we want anything else. She was so lovely. We ordered the new cream and biscuit dessert. Delicious. Thanks for making us not feel stupid and old. We will be back

Store closed early. Sauce jars left out - they must be free to take lol as they are left out in plain sight and reach where there is no CCTV cameras near the counter area. Store needs new management really bad or to close down!
Food is often average and inconsistent. The girl who is always serving on front counter has absolutely no personality or manners, does not even smile for customers. Rubs her hands all over her nose and face and then does not wear gloves or wash her hands. Today they were not taking cash. I didn't see the 3 big signs in front of me stating this because I'm preoccupied with a baby, and I in fact tried to make a joke about how I should have seen them.
