Don't go to Red Rooster Emerton. The owner and store manager are very rude to customers and they treat their younger staff even worse. They yell and are very mean to them. A new staff member started their and was yelled at by the owner the first day. The store manager is even worse. She treats all the young staff really bad, and very rude to customers. She swears and sticks her finger up at them. I have reported them to the Fair Work Commission and to Head Office Red Rooster. You can not treat staff that way.
called multiple times to leave a complaint was ignored multiple times then after they picked uo they hung up almost immediately. one of the workers named jack davies had gave me my order then proceeded to call me a rude b*tch and then told me to f*ck off after i tried to complain
We ordered a chicken dinner and as we live 3 minutes away, decided to pick up as delivery would have cost over $13 (very expensive for such a short trip). Despite only a 3 minute trip, the food was cool on arrival and had to be microwaved to heat it up. Tried ringing the store, but it went to voicemail that was full, hence the review. Food OK but was rather dry. Gravy or sauce as an option would be a good idea.

Excellent dine-in experience at Oporto Erskineville. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, the food was fresh and tasty, and the silver cutlery added a nice touch. Friendly staff and great service.
Went to kotara drt at start of month for the first time ever as never tried it before and they ran out of chicken.went back 2 weeks later they ran out of chicken again tried contacting customer service they wont respond shannon from customer service wont respond to emails what a joke worst experience.A chicken shop that runs out of chicken both times i have been there and customer service that dont reply.stick to kfc.
Today I tried the crispy Portuguese burger meal. The crispy burger was very average with little taste. I would not recommend.
Disappointing service! Telling customer your frustrated!? Food was warm/cold at best never again
