Ordered delivery using app, they confirmed my order then cancelled it without even bothering to call. Just relied on the email coming through to say I had been refunded. Absolutely no excuse for such terrible service.
Rang ahead because I wanted to place a LARGE School Holiday Order...they NEVER answer the phone. They used to & the Team were fantastic & always so helpful, now sad to say I can never make contact so they are missing out on some big orders to "other" more organised competitors. Come on OPORTO, we want to give you another chance, what does it take to sort out a phone line & answer it???
