They forgot to put chili on my burger and the tenders were very overcooked
Watched staff try to hand me an order another customer had just returned. Serious health and safety issue. Could have gotten sick. WATCH THE STAFF CAREFULLY IF YOU ORDER. or just go to the one downstairs instead. It's less chaotic down there anyway. ZERO STARS.
The lady on the counter was so rude. No customer service at all
It was my birthday and the app showed it would provide me $3 off, but when I tried to use it there was no option to redeem it, neither the staff had any knowledge about it. He just bluntly told me it is not showing me anything off.
