I had a very disappointing experience at Oporto Greystanes today. One of the team members was rude and unprofessional. While preparing another customer's order, he spoke to me in an impolite tone and asked, "Why are you not telling me which order you want?" He didn't even look at me while speaking and then started arguing with me instead of trying to help. I always expect customers to be treated with respect and courtesy.
