Firstly no issues with the staff, very lovely My issue is with the Oporto burger I got, everything from the chicken to the pineapple slice is barely the width of the tip of my pinky finger. The lettue took up 60% of thr burger. I chose oporto over KFC hoping the higher price meant a better quality burger. It was horrible!! Why am I paying burger joint prices for cheap fast food?? The chips are great tho, just stay away from the burgers.

I don't recommend buying food at this place at all. Very small portions of food for very large money and the taste does not correspond to the price. My rating of this institution is -10 out of 10.

Placed a collection order in the app which was really easy. Main problem was the time it took the restaurant to make the order. I was waiting for close to 10 minutes for a small order, new Porto roll combo.

We ordered two halloumi burgers — one without sauce and one without cabbage. They gave us two halloumi burgers with no salad at all, and one of them even came without cheese. When we complained, they only added salad to one burger. Overall, the sandwiches were much worse than expected

Clean and tidy shop. new staff require little bit more training, and cutlery and plates should check for cleanliness before serving!
