Ordered a Bondi burger and as it came with barely any sauce, I asked if they could add some onto the burger. The older woman who I spoke to was extremely rude, asked me if I had even checked, and proceeded to say that the amount was “standard” and I needed to pay for any more sauce.

When I went to order I order a chicken and halloumi burger on the kiosk then when to edit the burger and removed the chicken. when I received the food I figured to find chicken in it. I went to go change it where they showed the receipt saying I didn’t remove the chicken and replied in a harsh tone. I ignored it as the only way they’d be able to change it is was if I payed again then when I tried the fried they were under seasoned and soggy being an overall bad experience.
all those people working in the kitchen deserve everything in life. Everyone working in the kitchen 12:45-1:00pm~ 29/8/26 gave phenomenal service and the food was incredible! Best Oporto I love u all 🤭
