amazing food, dining in always feels like a restaurant. my only concern is the burgers and chicken do not taste flame grilled, but this might just be personal preference.
I had given this store a 1 star review 3yrs ago, but credit where credit is due, this store has improved so much it’s now my go-to store. The staff are always friendly, the food always fresh and tasty and the restaurant at least appears it’s been cleaned within the past 24hrs (I’d love to see cleaning of the store carried out more frequently, the floor clearly hasn’t seen a mop in a while but it’s generally tidy and clean). Hi Oporto is one of our favourites due to spicy burgers. But from last couple of times not cooking well. Chicken putty is so rubbery that it feels something artificial not real. Please focus on maintaining standards.
