Len is a very good nurse and I hate to see her go to discharge me. Very good agency, good workers but Len is the best!
My husband was went home from UCSF hospital to recover from an infected knee. He needed twice daily antibiotic infusions and weekly nurse visits to change the pic-line bandage. Yvonne was the nurse sent by OPO. She was a dream come true with her knowledge and demeanor. Prince, the owner-director, of OPO often came with her to take the bloodwork to the lab each week. The entire team at OPO was so caring and responsive. I don't know how we could have gotten through the past 7 weeks without them!

I was quite disappointed by my experience with Opo. In mid-January my mother was hospitalized for a week and then sent to a skilled nursing facility for further recovery for a couple of weeks. That facility then referred us to Opo for continuation of nursing, PT, and OT at home. The care coordinator promptly contacted me and was wonderful -- very nice and as helpful as she could be in all of our interactions.
