Great staff , very professional and happy
My eye had an issue and the person I saw was caring, kind and showed me such respect. I felt like I understood the issue and she checked both eyes despite me only having an issue with one and flagged another issue and I left feeling in control of my minor issue and how I could take care of it and why it happened. I had to have an eye test for my licence (over 75), the Qld government has changed the form and removed the eye test section. OPSM Kingaroy had the forethought to make a form for the medical appointment. Eye test was very efficient and quick
Once Alix had completed her examination I was handed back to Chris and Gayle who both made the experience of choosing the correct glasses and frames so much easier. They were both so friendly, professional and caring. Thank you both
