After moving from Brusbane I decided to try these guys, bad move in every way. 2 different opticians & neither got it right. The counter staff seemed nice but poor knowledge & the failure to communicate about different graduated lenses left me unable to make an informed decision or able to look down walking down stairs, reading portion was wrong, tv was horrible & driving made my eyes sore, total waste of time . The team in-store is knowledgeable and so friendly. Nothing but a positive experience every time we go in-store. The ladies out front are happy to adjust your glasses (and replace screws on the children's glasses when they break them!). I love how the optometrists are patient, also. Our daughter is neuro-divergent and the extra time they allow is much appreciated.
