At 12.5 months my all aluminum radiator is leaking that I paid $353.00 for. The company's website is gone and phone is disconnected... How can I have a 10 year warranty when the company is gone? I need a refund.
Purchased a radiator way back but it started leaking , warranty says 10 year warranty. now that I can get a hold of anyone, all phones are disconnected and they never reply to emails. If I knew this was going to happen I would of never bought a radiator from them!
I have had this radiator for three years. The bottom started to deteriorate and I got a pin size hole in it. I contacted OPL, was told I had to pay a prorated cost of 10% of each year I had it plus shipping. I paid 229 for it back then. So I had to pay 160 to cover the prorated warranty and shipping. I will never purchase another OPL product again. Their office number is disconnected and can only talk through someone through email which takes 24hrs to get a reply. Just went and purchased a OEM radiator from the dealer.
I received my order in 2 days! It was packaged top notch vacuum sealed securely in the box. Installation and fit was perfect!! Cannot complain at all with these guys and their prices! Thank you opl
