My name is Tommy.. I was sent there for an MRI . I went there with my wife as she had a referral as well.. The person who performed the MRI on me is Merissa. Apparently her coworker said she heard a scream and thought her white coworker Merissa was getting attacked by me , who is a black man . So her coworker knocked on the door and abruptly opened the door during my MRI and proceeded to ask Merissa is she OK . I was like WOW! Easy to get scan done but horrible service on getting report to doctor. I have tried for days now to get report to doctor. OPI says they sent it, doctor says no, then OPI a second day said report not ready, 3rd day they say it was faxed the first day..... so total lack of customer service. Meantime doctor cannot get the results! Peachtree City GA location

I want to thank the awesome ladies at the desk at the Newnan office: Julia and Ellen, for their kindness and concern for my well being. Even though they were busy, they took the time to help me and to talk to the tech about my apprehension. Brandon, the tech, was great: super compassionate, caring and of course, competent and professional. Thank you all so much, you made a anxious woman feel at easy. God bless you all.
