not giving my real name. The nurses were all great. The prep people were all great, The doctor I had, Dr. Saad, while according to their website was supposedly an expert in his field, in my opinion was NOT. I first had a vitrectomy and then four weeks later, they scheduled a surgery for cataract removal, caused by having a vitrectomy, They started by taping up around my eye, then the doctor tried to put some things in that keep the eyelids out of the way. From the PCA, to Nurse, to Doctor, everyone was very caring & loving. This was my 1st rodeo & my anxiety was a bit higher, not knowing what to expect completely. They were perfect. I genuinely appreciate the hospitality xx
The wait time for your procedure is ridiculous. They don’t give any updates about being behind schedule when asked. Your time is not valuable to them. Waiting for hours after your appointment time is crazy and they don’t care at all. Find any other place to have your procedure done. This place sucks. I would give ZERO stars but you have to give at least 1 to post a review.
This is our third visit to this location and the first 2 times were sufficient service. This third time, because the procedure was only 5-10 minutes we were made to wait 3 hours, and we arrived early. She got pushed to the back because she went to the bathroom, even though it was checked on where she was on the “schedule”and the nurse said yes.
