If there were an option for zero stars, that is what I would provide. The wait time for your procedure is ridiculous; I waited for over an hour from my scheduled appointment time with no updates provided; I should have just left. Your time is not valuable to them, only your money. Then, when you are taken back, they provide post-op procedures, not before, so you have no idea what to expect. I took my uncle to the ophthalmology center and we had the kindest and most comforting staff. My uncle was nervous about his cataract surgery but Mauricio was able to reassure us that the surgery will be pain free and Martin was in post-op and was able to educate my uncle and I on how to properly care for his eye post procedure. Overall, I feel the staff at this center work well together and make sure the patient comfort is prioritized.
I just have to say Mauricio and Martin were 2 of the nicest most genuine people I've met in my life. They made me feel so comfortable and were extremely knowledgeable explaining everything to me. I was scared initially going in but leaving I was grateful to have such a welcoming experience and a great team of nurses. Thank you so much

not giving my real name. The nurses were all great. The prep people were all great, The doctor I had, Dr. Saad, while according to their website was supposedly an expert in his field, in my opinion was NOT. I first had a vitrectomy and then four weeks later, they scheduled a surgery for cataract removal, caused by having a vitrectomy, They started by taping up around my eye, then the doctor tried to put some things in that keep the eyelids out of the way.
