Very professional and helpful Got me in right away with some eye concerns I had
I was from out of town and needed an emergency eye exam. The receptionist was very accommodating and the office was impressive. The assistant was quite talented and did a great job. Dr. Florine was extremely kind and conscientious in his care and explanations, answering all of my questions.
I was hoping for some help with my eyesight. The staff at the desk were polite, the assistant was efficient and kind. The Dr was distant, did did nothing to answer my questions, and gave me no answers or script.
I have gone here for a long time and recently my experience has been horrible. Treated like an inconvenience at scheduled appointments and then when I needed an emergency pair of contacts I was completely dismissed and was refused service. Not going back.
