Well….I waited over a month for my son’s appointment. The Irving office called me multiple times the week before his appointment to ask about referral and authorization which had already been on file for a few weeks. Then when I get there, they asked me the same thing that they had previously called me about for the referral and the authorization that was already on file. Called me back quickly for my appt. Friendly and helpful.
They provided misleading information when I called to make an appointment, we could have gone to Costco for vision testing of our child. They also did not disclose all the changes when we made the appointment. The exam room was really outdated with torn seat cushion and old equipment.
I love the patience they have with my daughter and all kids that go for their check up.
