They provided misleading information when I called to make an appointment, we could have gone to Costco for vision testing of our child. They also did not disclose all the changes when we made the appointment. The exam room was really outdated with torn seat cushion and old equipment.
I love the patience they have with my daughter and all kids that go for their check up.
This is mainly for the employer. I called to reschedule an appointment and spoke with Jessica Hernandez, she ended up not being any help. She didn’t answer any of my questions thoroughly and offered solutions that’s she couldn’t fulfill. Thankfully Claudia came in and helped me get what my child needed. Because of her we are not changing locations…
