Went to the pediatric eye doctor today, the whole team was friendly and really made my daughter comfortable during the exam. The reception at both offices, we tried the adult office first, was friendly and helpful.
Everyone has been so supportive and Dr. Bregman is Top Notch! I appreciate how professionally each member of the team treated me, and the humanity they extended to me (I really struggle with eye tests that touch my eyes)
The providers were very pleasant however the girl at the front was very rude and unprofessional she kept rolling her eyes and speaking in a tone.
I was approved for cataract surgery by Dr Sjaarda, a fine retina specialist, waited over a month to see Dr Shah. She actually laughed and told me to get glasses. My vision is blurry, tried glasses by 2 different drs..didn't work. My mother had AMD and yet they performed a cataract surgery on her, fifteen years ago! Mom was in her late 70's. The young Drs of today like Dr Shah, are not qualified or experienced to do what needs to be done. Still looking for a good opthalmologist, Dr Shah is obviously not a good doctor.
