I cannot recommend this eye doctor highly enough! My 4-year-old recently had an appointment, and the experience was beyond exceptional. Everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making the visit a positive one for my child. The doctor was nothing short of amazing. First of all, the doctors here are excellent. This is not a care issue, it’s a service issue. My family was patients of this practice for over 30 years. Three generations from my parents to my children. We called to set appointments for all of our three children and we asked to have them seen back to back on the same day. A normal request that every other medical provider we have worked with had no issue accommodating. We were told that they could see two of our kids on the same day, but not the third. Dr. Avalon is amazing!! I went to him for a second opinion after my son was completely dismissed at a different facility. I’m beyond thankful I did because he diagnosed my son at the first appointment and if we would have taken the first doctor’s word then my son’s condition would have only gotten worse. I can’t explain how thankful we are for Dr. Avalon and this facility.
Amazing service. Doctor Avalon and the rest of the team were very kind, helpful and patient with our little one.
