My vision was saved a few yrs ago, w/ surgery, care there. Teresa & other staff is patient, kind, precise. Grateful for the testing, exams, discussion. So lucky to have found this team!
Showed up for my appt that I took time off work for and they claimed I don’t have any appts scheduled. Talked to the scheduler on the phone for a while about insurance things when I made the appt a month ago. I even have the call log on my phone as proof. They said they were already overbooked for the day (why?) and can’t squeeze me in, even though they messed up. Won’t be able to get in for weeks now.
Went in due to having a metal object in my eye and they worked me in. Very grateful for such a kind and professional staff because im the type that would rather suffer than go into any Dr office. Mr Carpenter came in and did his magic and found that pesky object and removed it. If it ever happens again i will be coming back here.
