My wife and I recently moved to Ft. Worth. Family and friends recommended that we visit “Ophthalmology Associates” for our eye care. We scheduled routine checkups & eye exams with Dr. Robert Warren at the Cityview office. We found the total experience to be very comfortable, personal, and professional. Staff in the front and back offices worked seamlessly together! Dr. Healey is good clinician, friendly and takes time to answer questions. The office staff is efficient and caring.
I was very pleased with Dr Chen’s careful examination which revealed a retinal tear on a routine yearly exam. She arranged for an immediate appointment with Dr Parchue at Ophthalmology Associates’ downtown office. He carried out the apparently successful laser repair late on the same day. It was an impressive display of professional teamwork and surgical skill for which I am very grateful.
If giving a No star was an option, thats what I would have chosen. The front receptionist is flat out RUDE! Other reviews reflect that as well and yet they keep this lady. I arrived 30 mins early. Even though I filled out ALL paperwork online, she asked who my Dr was. I told her who my wife and I see which is a PA. (I need a Dr, thats a PA!) Yes ma’am I am aware, but that is who has all of our health records I don't care who the Dr is. (Well I need a Dr., you will have to get on the internet and look it up and let me know.) ... read more
