Very poor customer service Ordered Volk lens ,after 2 weeks still processing, called them they said not in stock but it is on the way and would be shipped next 2 days. Week later call again said still not in stock need to be ordered from manufacturer. Said would call back in 10 min. Waited more than hour- canceled order. By the way, my card was charged the very next day of my order been placed.
