Paul, Keith, and the rest of the gang at OIC are top notch. Easy to work with and they solved our issue pretty quickly. Our phoropter had been sent out for cleaning/fixing with one company, however they ended up making it worse! I called up to OIC and asked them if they could fix what the other company said was "broken beyond repair and needs to have the unit replaced instead."
