Sucks that your website says your open Saturdays and when you call they say the opposite and give some BS "that's subject to change" excuse, and not give me any other options for appointments. Also spent all night trying to make an appointment on your website and it wouldn't work
The staff is very caring, helpful and willing to listen and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Dr. Bloom has a very compassionate manner and wants his patients to feel comfortable with him and his care for their eyes. I highly recommend this OCLI location
Well I can’t rate the doctor I had appointment with today except to say that they are apparently a poorly run office. My coworker recommended OCLI because she has a special medical issue and likes her doctor at another location in Nassau County. I should have realized something was off when I was able to get an appointment so quickly when I called last week and the scheduler gave me a more convenient appointment so I didn’t have to take time off from work.
