I was attempting to schedule an appointment as a new patient for some eye care. I wanted on hold for 10 minutes, which is fine, but then I was paired up with someone to discuss my needs. Providing my insurance, address details, reason for my visit, etc. I was on the phone with this individual for <10 minutes before they just said that "we are a call center, we have too many calls coming in, call back another time" AND JUST HUNG UP MID CONVERSATION. Very disappointed with last visit. Always overbooked. Waiting times are inexcusable. Had to switch to see a new doctor due to scheduling conflict. After waiting an hour to see him spent all of two minutes to tell me to go get glasses which I do not need No mention of familial issues that should’ve been addressed. Had to advocate to see about getting another appointment to address a cataract as his comment was Get glasses and your eyesight has deteriorated. Front desk originally was going to get me an appointment SEVEN months... read more
