The physicians and medical staff at this facility are top-notch. The support staff not so much. And whoever is behind the horrible scheduling involved really should be fired. After multiple repeat visits and attempts to find the best way to see my physician on time I have waited no less than 60 minutes and And as long as 90 minutes For my appointment. I think it is reprehensible to treat patients this way like they are cattle. If I had an alternative in my area, I would take it without a second thought.
I live on Cape Cod and was seen on an emergent basis in the Sandwich office. I experienced temporary vision loss. I called them on a Friday and by Monday morning I was in their office being evaluated! Over the weekend, I was called by a Retina Specialist in Boston with instructions to follow if anything changed before my appt. I also received calls from other Administrative personnel. They cared.
