It starts with checking in with associates who have 'almost a clue' as to whats going on. The wait time is absolutely deplorable. Almost 90 minutes in a freezing waiting room. No apologies No concern. This place sucks.
The care I received at OCB for a torn retina (Dr. Chin) & cataract (Dr. Rao) surgeries has been exceptional throughout. I highly recommend OCB for any & all all medical needs involving vision.

Very disappointed on how they bounce you around from one oD to MD back to OD. No continuity to solve eye issue in a timely manner.
