Everyone here – from reception, to technicians, to the physicians - is wonderful! My relative with Alzheimer’s dementia is treated courteously, respectfully and kindly. They seem to go out of their way to accommodate her needs, and I very much appreciate it.
This is my 4th visit to Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston in Danvers. They have a super staff, including a young guy in diagnostics. I watched him today escorting older patients by the arm to and from the waiting area and his office. So thoughtful. But that is the dynamic in the entire office. Very attentive to their patients.
