Dr. Rao and his staff provide excellent care and are interested in and responsive to patients' questions and concerns.
It starts with checking in with associates who have 'almost a clue' as to whats going on. The wait time is absolutely deplorable. Almost 90 minutes in a freezing waiting room. No apologies No concern. This place sucks.
The care I received at OCB for a torn retina (Dr. Chin) & cataract (Dr. Rao) surgeries has been exceptional throughout. I highly recommend OCB for any & all all medical needs involving vision.
Great place to get your eyeballs fixed!
Very disappointed on how they bounce you around from one oD to MD back to OD. No continuity to solve eye issue in a timely manner.
