The best smoked fish I've ever had, super friendly people too!
Craig is awesome! He strives to put the best product out there he can. He said "if he wouldn't feed it to his own Mother, he wouldn't sell it". His style of smoked fish is mild, smoked with Pecan Wood. Very delicious, as is or made into a dip. Cream Cheese and green onion or I do a simple "boat" style. Smoked Fish, Mayo, Green onion, Pickle relish, pickled jalapeños, mix and refrigerate. Very affordable and delicious!
Craig and his smoked local caught fish are the best around! I bought some scrumptious smoked black drum and oh boy what a delicious treat!! Find him at the farmers market in Beaufort most Saturdays!!
