I had my HSG procedure done here and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, checked in on me constantly, and made sure I felt as comfortable and at ease as possible. I did my HSG procedure here. Staff were very kind, supportive, empathetic and professional. They didn’t rush me, explained everything clearly, and during the procedure one clinician and two nurses stayed with me and held my hand, which I really appreciated. I requested small spatula and they used it for me. I was very stressed, and they tried to redirect me so I don't focus on pain. However, I want to be honest about the experience.
