OPH is amazing. Jesse offers a clean and comfortable environment while offering the motivation and variety of workout I need. He is very knowledgeable about using proper form as well as how to target certain muscles. My results from Jesse far exceed my results from a gym. I have been training with Jesse for a year now and look forward to every session.
