Coach Jay has been a key pillar of my physical fitness before & since COVID Stay-at-home. I've been with OPEX Fitness since August 2019 and I've gotten so much stronger (measurable muscle gain) and more skilled in the moves I want to achieve (e.g., handstands, box jumps). Opex has been such a positive influence in my life in the past year. Before COVID, when I was still travelling for work and leisure, I was able to work out just as much as when I was at home, with personalized WODS, using whatever equipment I had available to me. During COVID, my coach again kept us in track, by programming at-home workouts, still coaching remotely and providing feedback.
