Starting at OPEX was one of the best decisions I’ve made as a new mom. Coach Brenda customizes every workout for you and is there every step of the way. She really listens and adjusts every movement to help you stay safe and avoid injury. It’s the most supported and motivated I’ve ever felt in any fitness program. In just four months, my strength and mental health have improved so much. Thank you, Brenda!!
Attention to detail: 2nd to none. Scott answers all questions throughly and takes the time to make both you and him understand each other and expectations
Scott has been my (remote) coach for over a year. His commitment to my fitness has been great. I get great workouts on time with regular check-ins. And it goes beyond the workout. Scott focuses on my whole body of health - body, diet and mental. His approach to all three is patient and refreshing. If you are thinking about a remote coach, or a gym to workout, Scott and his team at Opex are awesome. I highly recommend - so much so that my kids now workout with his coaches too.
