I've been attending Opex for three months and I can’t say enough good things about it. My experience has been amazing! My coach created customized workout routines based on my needs and even helped to support what I could do on my own, outside of the gym! My health habits have spread into our family routines and my children now workout with me on a regular basis. We feel so much stronger. I have been a client at Opex Lancaster for around two years. They are focused on long term health and fitness . They will help you achieve your long and short term goals. When I started at Opex, I had some major back problems to the point that I was visiting a chiropractor up to 3 days a week to just function. About 4 times a year my back would give out to the point I could barely walk. I now go to the chiropractor maybe 3 times a year for maintenance.
