I have been working out with Martin for the last 4 months and it's the first time I've ever enjoyed exercising. He takes in consideration what I do and do not like about exercise and creates a workout based on my ability, and goals. He makes sure your form is correct to prevent injuries and to maximize your burn. He cheers you on the whole time and breaks down the movements so you don't need to have any prior fitness knowledge.

I have been working out with Martin weekly for seventeen months and feel strengthened both physically and mentally. He is very knowledgeable of not only exercise and fitness training but also the body's skeletal structure and muscles. It is always a valuable and worthwhile hour!

I came upon OPEX La Crosse by chance (won some training sessions in an auction) and what great luck that was! Having completed my third year of training, I've never felt fitter. I've since won an age group 5K and maybe my leg and core strength was stronger during high school basketball years, but I wouldn't be so sure about that. (I'm a few decades past H.S. basketball.)

Martin has been my personal trainer for over 5 years. In that time I have made steady progress in my strength, fitness and stamina. The workout is tailored to my goals and has helped me to achieve the lifestyle I desire. Last year I walked 125 miles in 9 days over the mountains in Spain. Without the training, I would not have been able to accomplish the trip. If you want to stay young and active, this is the place to go!
