Fantastic community and coaching. I have trained at many gyms and this is one of the best.
I joined Opex about 3 months ago. I love the non-judgmental environment of this facility! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. There are only 11 people working out at a time and a trained staff member provides guidance while you work out. They can correct your form if you're doing something incorrectly which helps to prevent injuries. I was looking for Gym that,Provides personalized Approach with training, Nutrition and over all assessment of your goals that you want to achieve in terms of your fitness goals and for a long time I was just but was not able find the gym that I would check all the Marks. Until I found Opex Gym really the best place to workout.
