I have been a member when it was a crossfit gym and have been really happy with the change to their fitness module under Opex. Having an assigned coach work with you and your fitness goals has been great on my health and fitness. I wrote the below review six years ago and it is still true to this day. This is a fantastic gym! As someone who is a bit older and has some physical limitations I have found Jeordie, Josh, Jason and the rest of the coaches super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. There is always someone on the floor to guide you if you have questions or need corrections. No judgment!! Personally tailored workouts with new additions every workout keep things fresh. Love it!
