I have had an amazing experience at Opex Fitness Abbotsford. Access to experienced trainers, both in the gym and through messaging on the app have been beyond my expectations. The programming I’ve received from Jerome in my first 4 weeks have made a noticeably positive impact for me in my sport. The gym environment has been very positive, staff and other clients have all been very polite and helpful. I am excited to continue progressing and moving forward.
