This doctor is the most knowledgeable person I have seen in a long time. He sincerely cares about the patients wellbeing.
Dr. Esan is a great doctor. The office policies are horrible. I had an appointment for 9:30 am and showed up 12 minutes late. The he receptionist said I had to reschedule. I explained I am in a lot of pain. She then went into the back and returned and stated I had to reschedule. My last visit I waited almost 40 minutes past my appointment and another 10 minutes in the exam room. About 40 minutes in total. No care or respect for my time but I have to respect their time.
