Dr. Esan is a great doctor. The office policies are horrible. I had an appointment for 9:30 am and showed up 12 minutes late. The he receptionist said I had to reschedule. I explained I am in a lot of pain. She then went into the back and returned and stated I had to reschedule. My last visit I waited almost 40 minutes past my appointment and another 10 minutes in the exam room. About 40 minutes in total. No care or respect for my time but I have to respect their time. Every visit with Dr. Esan has been absolutely wonderful. He is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient, and he always makes me feel heard and cared for.
