I hired Branden to overhaul my irrigation system which included a new pump. Shortly after the pump started leaking at the inlet fitting. I called and explained to Branden who immediately try to conclude the leak was due to the pump overheating yet I explained that the pump hadn't actually be used since the installation and therefore it had no opportunity to overheat. At that point Branden said he would come out to fix it but I never heard from him again.
