Awesome gym, well run, clean and great array of many types of weights and systems.
Thank you all! Mature staff, helpful, and lots of professional and amateur competitors to keep us all sharpened! The weights are more than we need for cross, standard, cardio and strength. Sauna, cold plunge, shower a good plus! ~ Billy Z
Started going to this gym in January and i can say hands down better than any gym in Clarksville. Never seen anyone sitting on there phones or hogging up equipment. I also saw before coming to the gym some people pointing out that the owner was rude or unprofessional, and that is a complete lie. I've ran into him a couple times around the gym and he is always talking to other people or training clients of his daily. Great gym with modern equipment and a clean environment. The staff is friendly and supportive, and the trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. It’s a comfortable place to work out and stay consistent with fitness goals. I’m very happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend this gym.
