Even though they were not able to get my friend into the shelter, the very kind lady by the name of Veronica went above and beyond to help me with resources to other shelters in the San Bernardino county. I truly appreciate her for being so kind, caring, and attentive about my friend’s situation. She is truly a gem in the community. Thank you!
