I gave OpFit a try after getting bored of going to a gym and not really doing myself justice by putting in the effort I needed. Suffice to say my first session was a real shock to the system, I was awful but it did not matter as I had great fun! I stuck with it and I have made great friends along the way. It is a social way of keeping fit and great for any age or ability.

It's not full on military, instructors are friendly but push you. Reasonably priced and loads of sessions a week.

Best bootcamp around. Sessions are always varied and fun. Great group of people who will always motivate and spur you on to achieve what ever your goal may be.

Don't ask me to review it during any session as the feedback may be less buoyant. However operation fit is the most fun I've ever had exercising. Fun, informative, varied sessions that con you into moving without knowing it. Also the group are blooming lovely and super supportive. 👌 This is an inclusive exercise group with something for all. Don't be put off by the mud...it washes off. Come along and give it a try!
